I was just wondering how to relieve dry ichy skin on my cheeks. It seems that they get dryer by the day and now it is gray and lifeless.
Please help

Dry ichy skin is common this time of the year. Your in luck as there are several options for you to try. First I recommend exfoiliation at least 2 times a week. Once the dead skin cells are removed the color of your skin should become a more normal color. If your moisturizers are not doing the trick try adding a lipid barrier product, They penetrate deeper into the skin and provide fundamental elements to ensure the natural protection of the skin. I recommend GM Collin products. They are a professional brand product that is the best - bar none!

I have natural black hair and I wanted to naturally turn gray, silver, or white hair before I am older. How can I naturally decrease the follicle that contains a certain number of pigment cells on the skin for the shaft - the colored part we see growing out of our heads, and the root - the bottom part, which keeps the hair anchored under the scalp without any cause of damage or in other words gradually kill the pigment cells in my hair follicles without any use of dye nor conditioner? also, after washing your hair, can applying 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in your hair for about 30-60 minutes before rinsing your hair with cool water and shine for exactly 1 week give me the same results as bleaching your hair, causing it to damage?
