Mel Lankford

Mel is the master stylist with over 30 years of training and experience.  Although a trainer in his own right, he never passes up the opportunity to learn something new. He has trained our current staff and is always eager to encourage them to step outside of their comfort zone.  He enjoys color and cutting and strives to make every client feel their best.

Sheila Lankford

Sheila serves our clientele as our facialist and manicurist.  She never minds jumping in for the opportunity to assist the stylist in the shampoo department either.  While she is an accomplished manicurist she truly loves skin care and pampering each and every client.   Always mindful of the nurturing benefits of the human touch, helps her to maintain a more natural approach to skin care and keeps her sensistive to the needs of each individual.

Dawn Tucker

Dawn is our network educator and strives to learn all she can regarding our products and procedures.  Her knowledge and skill ensures her clients the highest quailty of service.  Her desire to learn new and innovative techniques keeps her at the cutting edge!  Without her, Lankford and Lankford would simply be just another hair salon!

Bethany Spruill

Bethany's artistic flair completes are salon with style.  She is the newest member of our staff.  Joining us in 2006, she came prepared to learn, grow, and do what it takes to be at the top of our industry.  She has worked her way up the ladder at a rapid pace.  Her clients truly enjoy her massage technique during the shampoo experience and always love their finished result.
